Di's mum is over here and tonight she treated me, Di and Jenna to a night at Dolly Parton's Dixie's Stampede. Its a country and western show/meal in Orlando and it was so much fun! You get divided into teams - north and south (we were southerners) and they have competitions like horse jumping, ostrich racing, pig racing! lol! and you have to cheer on your team! Because we were supposed to be back in the old wild west times our dinner was chicken, potatoes and corn on the cob - no cutlery! we had to eat with our hands; and our drinks were in a jam jars! It was one of the most random and funny nights I've had in ages!! thank you Di's mum!xx PS Need to say a few Happy Birthdays to a few people who celebrated in January! My Mum, Nan, Natalie, Alex and Michelle and Carrie-Anne. Hope you all had a good one! xxx
