Tuesday 6th February
Tonight was a fancy dress French throw in/throw out party. All the girls had to dress as guys and the guys had to dress as girls! Oh my God! It was the funniest party I have been to here! I couldn't stop laughing all night! I wore my trouser suit with a shirt, tie, hat and glasses, Di went in a football shirt and cap, Jenna was a cowboy, Nora a French waiter and Sijle and Invil were gangsters. The guys looked so funny in their wigs, dresses and high heels! All the French newbies had to introduce themselves and drink a beer bong. Then all the people leaving had to make a farewell speech and drink a beer bong. Was obviously all in french so we just cheered and clapped when everyone else did! haha! The next night we all went out again to Blue Martini and then a party in the commons. The french guys who were leaving brought fireworks and set them off from a skip so we all watched them from the balcony. Security broke up the party after that happened (funny that!)
Was horrible to have to say goodbye to more friends, especially I had been seeing one of the guys who was leaving (Henri - in bottom right pic) so was very sad for me. But hopefully with all the new people arriving every few weeks we will make loads more friends and it wont make the goodbyes too hard.
